Pinacl welcomes Jemma Mayers to the team
Pinacl is pleased to welcome Jemma to the Operations Team in the St Asaph head office.
Jemma joined the company earlier this year as a Project Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Manager, Karen Dalzell.
Jemma has ten years of customer service experience, with a
background in retail banking covering all aspects of account management, including
developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Jemma’s
experience is a perfect fit for this crucial role supporting the delivery of
projects and making sure that our customers are well informed.
Outside of work, Jemma has spent the past 18 months renovating an old
farmhouse in North Wales. She also loves to spend time with her
husband and young family and enjoys long walks in the beautiful countryside on
Karen Dalzell, Operations Manager: “We’re delighted to have recruited Jemma into this position.
